WHO WE ARE

CONSIGN LLC is a growing American-owned company with almost 20 years experience specializing in control systems engineering. We have worked in the amusement industry with roller coaster design companies such as Bolliger & Mabillard and Great Coasters International. At the present time there are over eighty roller coasters and other amusement rides operating with control systems designed by CONSIGN LLC, in over 30 parks, located in 15 different states and across 3 continents.

WHAT WE DO

DESIGN - Select the elements necessary to provide operation requests, make control decisions, and execute control actions using a microcomputer programming interface.

BUILD - Assemble and wire the components in the control cabinet and develop the control software.

INSTALL - Test the installed components for proper operation, install the application control software, initiate application execution, provide the necessary documentation, and provide training instruction to the operations personnel.

MAINTAIN - Provide maintenance support of control systems including application modifications to ensure continuous safe operation.

• Dual Allen Bradley ControlLogix 5000 and SLC 500 Processors with redundancy for all safety operations.
• Duplicate control logic.
• Redundant outputs for actions.
• Output and pushbutton fused input/output checking.
• Multiple Hardware paths for motor outputs.
• Fail to safe condition for all failure modes.
